Why me and my group are doing the re-make

We have chosen to recreate the opening sequence of Forest Gump as we feel that it will be quite challenging and will push our camera and editing abilities. It was qutie interesting how the opening sequence was all done in one fluent shot and we thought that recreating this would be quite demanding and would help improve our camera abilities. Our scenary and props will be limited, however we hope to recreate the sequence as close to the original as possible using the resources we have.
